At Sunala, our #1 priority is safety. Our motto is Everyone Goes Home. We know our employees are the most valuable part of the company and we want them all to go home every night in one piece. We train them to come to work every day with a safety mindset and the knowledge that jobsite safety is a team effort.
Team Safety
Required weekly onsite safety meetings to ensure retention of OSHA regulations and best practices.
Training
Every employee has opportunities to be trained on different safety topics such as fall protection, trench safety, and more.
Certifications
All of our foremen and superintendents are at a minimum OSHA 10 certified, with some having their OSHA 30 certification as well.
Safety Culture
We encourage everyone regardless of position to look out for others. If you see something, say something. At Sunala, there is no fear of backlash for pointing out safety concerns.
